Peopernet’s fleet manager has resigned after being accused of sexual harassment, according to a report.
The man, identified only as Mr. G., told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he resigned due to the alleged harassment and the way the company handled it.
The allegations were made during a 2016 interview, but Mr. Karpich said in a statement that he was fired due to his “attitude and behavior.”
The company’s statement was first reported by The Atlanta Journal Constitution.
The company has not released a statement.
The investigation began when Mr. C.A. was hired to oversee operations for Peoprene, a small commercial airplane maker that is headquartered in the Atlanta area.
In a statement on Monday, the Peopenzem company said it is cooperating with the investigation.
“Peoplenews’ board of directors is currently considering Mr. S.C.’s allegations and we will continue to provide all the necessary information to fully understand the situation,” the statement said.
“In light of this situation, we are unable to comment further at this time.”
Peopernets did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Monday.
The Peopenes’ website says it was founded in 1891 by the father of Georgia’s first-ever airline, which was renamed Peopene.
The business is owned by a partnership of a dozen shareholders.
In 2015, Mr. Peopenet was awarded the National Medal of Technology for his role in the development of Peoprenet’s engine, and in 2016 he was awarded a contract for the development and delivery of the company’s next-generation aircraft, Peopens X. The plane was to be a full-scale production model, but the company did not receive any orders.
In 2017, Mr Peopena, Mr C.C. and Mr. D.A., along with Mr Karpach, became Peopencet employees, which means they are eligible to receive stock options and other incentives.
The news of Mr. A. s resignation comes after the Peops announced that it had suspended production of its 737 Max for a number of weeks after a series of fires that broke out on Feb. 14.
Peopenets, which is based in Atlanta, was the largest U.S. fleet manager until Boeing’s Pratt & Whitney division of the aircraft maker took over in 2005.
The aircraft maker was formed by Peopelnets owner and former owner, Mr Krapich, in 2003, and has since grown into a global brand with about 200 planes in service worldwide.
Mr. Krapach was the CEO of Peplenet until it was acquired by Boeing in 2013.
Peoplens stock is trading at about $10.35 a share, according with the S&P 500 index.
Peops stock price was $11.70 on Monday morning.
The company’s stock is currently trading at $9.90.
